Israeli Nuclear Insurance
The U.S. believes that Iran halted its atomic weapons program in 2003. Israel, however, isn't so sure. I propose letting insurance markets have some say over the question.
The government of Israel should buy an insurance policy that would pay it $1 million for every Israeli that is killed by an atomic weapon over the next ten years. Iran getting an atomic weapon would greatly increase the likelihood of Israel being hit by an atomic weapon and so would make the price of this insurance very high.
