Paris Hilton's Jail Break

According to the DrudgeReport Paris Hilton was released from jail "over fears she was suicidal."

My guess is that if she were an ordinary prisoner should wouldn't have been released because the prison authorities would have been willing to risk her committing suicide. But because of the tremendous amount of publicity she draws it would make the prison authorities look horrible (and possibly result in many of them being fired) if Paris Hilton killed herself while in jail.
