No Back Taxes

According to kausfiles under the new immigration bill illegal immigrants won't have to pay back taxes.

The IRS may well start following a policy of not going after the back taxes of former illegal immigrants. (After all, what good would amnesty do if most people granted it could be put in jail for tax evasion.) This probably means that some U.S. citizens would be better off if they could get themselves declared illegal immigrants.
