Hillary Clinton and Oil Profits

Here is a video of Hillary Clinton saying she wants to take oil companies' profits and spend it developing alternative fuels. So Clinton wants the oil companies to fund their own competition.

This seems fair so long as Hillary Clinton is willing to have someone take all the campaign money she raises and give it to her political competition.
