Banning home cooking

Restaurants in California should seek to criminalize home cooking. After all, citizens who are not formally trained in food preparation might serve their families non-nutritious meals.

And I think such a ban on home cooking would have a realistic chance of being enacted because a California court recently decided that "Parents who lack teaching credentials cannot educate their children at home."

My wife and I are both college professors and we have a three year old son. I guess if we move to California when our son becomes of school age we won't be allowed to home school him because we lack teaching credentials.
