Race, Privilege and Prejudice at Smith College

My college is going to hold a forum on "Race, Privilege and Prejudice." Given the title one obvious topic for consideration would be how certain politically preferred racial minorities are granted affirmative action benefits that privilege them above other Americans. Such affirmative action prejudices many hiring and admission decisions. I suspect, however, (although without any direct evidence), that this view of affirmative action won't be extensively discussed in the forum.
