Praying For Rain

Georgia was facing a drought so its governor led "several hundred Georgia citizens in a public prayer for rain." Two days later "unpredicted cloudburst dropped an inch of rain over [southeast Georgia]."

By the butterfly effect the public praying may well have been a but for cause of the rain.
