Advice for Norwegian Companies

Norway's radical feminist Minister of Equality is forcing companies to have at least 40% female representation on corporate boards. Companies that don't submit may be dissolved.

As a professor at a radical feminist college I know how Norway's companies can easily comply with this rule. According to radical feminist, gender is a social construction. Radical feminist believe that an individual can change his/her gender simply by will (no operation necessary.) So some male Norwegian board members should simply declare that they now consider themselves to be female.
