Spayed or Neutered
A proposed California law would require "most cats and dogs four months old and up to be spayed or neutered. Failure to do so could result in a $500 fine for owners."
If the law gets enacted California pet owners should sponsor a ballot initiative that asks voters if they would prefer that politicians rather than pets be spayed or neutered. While this initiative may seem frivolous it would reduce nepotism among California politicians.
