A Radical Idea for Iraq

Terrorists in Iraq are taking great advantage of information technologies such as the Internet and cell phones. The U.S. military, I'm sure, has the ability to eliminate Internet and cell phone service to regions of Iraq. I admit that doing this would impose a great economic cost on Iraq, but if it significantly eliminated terrorism it might be worth trying.
