Cash for corruption smut

Hustler magazine is offering $1 million for "sex smut on Congress." (HT Marginal Revolution.)

From Yahoo News: '"Have you had a sexual encounter with a current member of the United States Congress or a high-ranking government official?"' read a full-page advertisement taken out by Larry Flynt's pornographic magazine in Sunday's Washington Post."

Someone should make a similar deal asking for corruption smut. Some paper should offer cash to anyone who can prove they have bribed a congressmen. The paper should also work with prosecutors to insure that in return for testifying the briber doesn't get prosecuted.
