Robot Sex and the Singularity

As the Dilbert blog explains, "Porn drove the cost of VCRs down.. And porn was the early fuel for the growth of the Internet."

So the future demand for robots might depend on men's answers to the above question. If robot developers suspect that many men's answers will be yes, they will put far more money into robotics

As robots are predicted to be a key technology behind the singularity the average answer to the above robot sex question will impact when the singularity occurs. So, those of us who are pro-singularity should also be pro-robot sex.
