Bribing North Korea

The U.S. is apparently bribing North Korea to shut down its nuclear weapons program. This is probably the right action for us as North Korea is so poor that an amount of money which is trivial for our country can have a huge impact on them.

We should be more ambitious, however, and try a country buyout. Perhaps if we gave one billion each to the top thirty or so North Korean generals they would hand the country over to us.
