Cheating At Chess
Apparently many professional chess players may be cheating (via MR) during tournaments by getting remote help from computers.
Why not let them "cheat". In today's world being productive means being able to intelligently take advantage of computer assistance. And the human element to the game would remain central as I strongly suspect that a grandmaster + a computer could easily beat a computer.
Plus, chess software that was designed to get real time input from expert humans would have far more applicability to the real world than would chess software programs that run independent of human assistance.
